Use Case - Field Operator Support
Mobile revenue collector uploads list of customers to visit at the start of the working day from central database to his Smartphone.
Mobile revenue collector visits client and collects money, stores information in mobile device and provides receipt of payment.
Payment information is sent back to central system and stored.
Central system sends the customer a confirmation SMS for payment as well as information of date and amount of next payment.
